First utilized to better carry and deploy the SKEDCO litter, the Assault Sled was designed as a lightweight, modular, and scalable platform to carry a wide variety of tools that the modern day warfighter employs.
Each Sled features a field of negative-space MOLLE for weaving traditional PALS/MOLLE webbing, as well as a matrix of horizontal and vertical mounting slots. These slots offer a near endless number of mounting solutions for large and irregular equipment.
The Assault Sled integrates with numerous ruck frames on the market, mainly the Mystery Ranch NICE frame and the original battle tested ALICE frame. However, Sleds may also be utilized as a standalone option when loads do not require an external frame for support.
